    The Wax Roller Machine rolls on wax like fresh, groomed corduroy. It’s easy to use, speeds up waxing time exponentially, and works perfectly with our IR waxing system.

    Brush or Scrape? - wax can be easily removed with a roto brush. A hand brush can work too but takes more time. A scraper isn't necessary.

    Wax Iron or IR Waxer? - definitely the IR Waxer. The wax layer is very thin and a wax iron may damage the bases.

    Wax Capacity - 200g. Can use wax bars, you don't need flake wax.

    Wax Compatibility - will work with any type of wax

    Q: Can the Ski Wax Roller Machine be used with the mountainFLOW IR Waxer?
    A: Yes. The machine applies a thin, even layer of wax that works especially well with the mountainFLOW IR Waxer. A traditional wax iron is not recommended because the thin wax layer may cause the iron to damage the ski base.

    Q: Do I need to scrape the skis after waxing?
    A: No scraper is necessary. The wax can be removed with a roto brush. A hand brush can also be used, but it will take more time.

    Q: Is the tray removable?
    A: Yes. The tray is removable for easy cleaning and maintenance.

    Q: Does the tray have a cover?
    A: Yes. The tray includes a cover to help keep the wax clean and protected between uses.

    Such a Lifesaver!

    I've now been a devotee of the IR Waxer for a few years. However, rubbing on the wax started to slow me down. I'm waxing all the skis for my family about once a week, which even with the infrared heater can take a minute. This wax roller makes the whole process faster and easier. I leave a mid-temp, blue wax in the waxer that I can use on most days. Roll on the wax and throw it under the IR and watch it melt into the base. Quite satisfying!
